During the awesome holiday in Mayrhofen I had been practicing some buttering for about 75% of the day. I can say I was pretty much near exhaustion up to that point, when we got into the part of buttering 180′s and 360′s. The backside 1′s and 3′s posed no problem, but when I tried to to the frontside 3 some muscle starting at the groin going into the upper leg, seemed to have sustained a small injury. I can best descrie the muscle you normally do not feel when you try and raise your leg, but now I do feel that LoL
.
So after we returned from our holiday I did nothing to get the injury healed and we continued our regular training sessions as normal. But last Saturday I just couldn’t get tricks like 180′s out, without feeling the injury. So I think it’s best to just keep it slow for about a week or two and see how the injury fades away… Never the less I’ll be joining Jorg and Marieke on the slopes as they do go out for the training session. I most probably be filming them and provide them with some tips. You can’t keep me away from the snow anyway
!
